The Hong Kong Carbon Trading Centre (HKCTC) is a platform facilitating the trade of carbon credits to support global carbon neutrality goals. It promotes sustainable development by enabling businesses to offset emissions, comply with regulations, and invest in green projects. The center positions Hong Kong as a regional hub for carbon markets.

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is a government department dedicated to attracting and supporting foreign direct investment in Hong Kong. It provides free, tailored services to businesses, helping them establish and expand in the city. InvestHK promotes Hong Kong as a leading global business hub with strategic advantages and growth opportunities.

The Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) is a Hong Kong-based nonprofit promoting social innovation and sustainable development. The Collaborative Action to Scale Climate and Labor Equity (CASCALE), formerly Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), unites global brands, manufacturers, and stakeholders to drive sustainable practices in the apparel industry. Through tools like the Higg Index, it measures environmental and social impacts, fostering transparency, accountability, and systemic change for a more sustainable future.

The Qualifications Framework (QF) of HKSAR is a government initiative to standardize and enhance qualifications in Hong Kong. It categorizes qualifications into seven levels, ensuring clear progression pathways for lifelong learning. The QF promotes quality assurance, transparency, and recognition of skills, supporting workforce development and aligning with global education standards.
